Carers Respite Program Facilitator

Northern District Community Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Program Facilitator to lead the Carers Respite Program. The program will support unpaid Carers in Gannawarra, Loddon and Buloke Shires to identify and participate in options for personalised respite utilising limited funding support. This role will be supported by a team of Respite Carer Program Facilitators working from other community based organisations throughout the Mallee Loddon region. The position will be based at Northern District Community Health’s Kerang site.
