Community Recovery and Resilience Program Facilitator
Part Time Position
Northern District Community Health (NDCH) is seeking a skilled community connector to lead the Community Recovery and Resilience program across the Buloke, Loddon and Gannawarra local government areas.
This model aims to support disaster recovery response at the local level, strengthen community resilience and build community capacity between disasters, and address the compounding trauma that accumulates with each disaster.
A researcher will provide an evidence base and evaluate the program.
This role will include support from a professional mentor.
This position will be 4 days a week until 30/6/2025.
NDCH is a not-for-profit, multidisciplinary organisation, delivering community health services and primary care through our medical clinic.
NDCH has strong links into small rural communities developed over 30 years of service.
NDCH programs cover the Gannawarra, Loddon, Buloke, Swan Hill and Campaspe local government areas.
