Northern District Community Health (NDCH) is seeking a Health Promotion and Community Service Support Manager to lead a diverse mix of health promotion and community support programs. The position contributes to the NDCH Strategic Plan and purpose through the development and implementation of programs designed to focus upon the social determinants of health and build capacity and resilience to break inter-generational disadvantage.

About you
- You have tertiary qualification Health, Social Services or equivalent field.
- You have a minimum of three years’ experience in a comparable leadership position.
- You have a current driver licence.
- You have a current Police Check, NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
