Health Promotion Worker
4 Days per week (0.4 EFT) 2-Year Contract Position
Northern District Community Health is seeking to employ a Health Promotion Worker for four days a week to work on the prevention of ill health focusing on mental health, active living, healthy eating and reducing smoking and family violence in Gannawarra and Loddon Shires.

A Community Health: Health Promotion Plan has been developed and the successful applicant will contribute to the deliverables of this plan. This role requires a person who can work independently on the project while being collaborative with other NDCH team members and partner organisations.

​The successful applicant will work within the Health Promotion Team but will also be supported by the broader NDCH team. 

A current Victorian driver’s licence is mandatory.
