Schools Project Coordinator

Northern District Community Health is looking to employ a Schools Project Coordinator for 3 days per week until 30th January. The role will develop a scoped-out project proposal that articulates the key deliverables of the Live4Life programs and The Resilience Project in Buloke, Loddon, and Gannawarra Shires. The role will present the information to schools across the region to ascertain commitment and preferred options.
The successful applicant will have a Degree or diploma in a relevant field or demonstrated industry experience in a relevant discipline such as Health, Social Welfare, or Nursing, with experience in developing, implementing and evaluating projects in community development or health promotion.
This position will be included in the Health Promotion Team and will also be supported by the broader NDCH team.
A current Victorian driver’s license is mandatory.
