 Specialist Homelessness Services Worker
Part Time Contract Position (16 hours per week)
Northern District Community Health (NDCH) is seeking a skilled and motivated Specialist Homelessness Service Worker to work with individuals and their families. The Specialist Homelessness Service Program Worker will work to provide information, referral and support to assist families and individuals to find short term and long term sustainable housing. This person will be required to work within the Community Health Services Community Support Team. The position will be based at Northern District Community Health’s Kerang site but providing service across all NDCH sites.

A commitment to interdisciplinary team work and highly effective communication skills are a must in this role.
