Meghan StewartCHAIRPERSON
Meg Stewart joined the Northern District Community Health Board in 2017. She has extensive experience in finance and research administration and management across the health, community and education sectors.
Meg is passionate about addressing health inequality for people in regional, rural and remote areas through innovative, consumer-centered, collaboratively driven models of care. |
Richard MorrisonTREASURER
Richard Morrison joined the NDCH board in 2018. He has extensive experience in finance and business management in both the private and public sectors. Richard is currently a Director of Corporate Services in a healthcare organisation and therefore has significant health industry experience. He is passionate about ensuring the long term sustainability, quality and integrity of services in rural communities.

Kathy DayBOARD MEMBER
Kathy Day holds a Master of Nursing and Master of Business Leadership. She is passionate about community care to ensure community clients receive the best support possible. Kathy has worked in Executive Management in rural, regional and metropolitan community health services for over 20 years. Kathy has been on multiple boards and presented at international conferences on community care in Australia while incorporating numerous visits to community care organisations overseas.

Charlie GillinghamBOARD MEMBER
Charlie became a director of the Board in 2014. Over the past 20 years he has served on numerous committees locally and is currently in his second term as a Councilor with the Gannawarra Shire. He has a strong association with our local region having lived here all his life. Charlie believes our health system is of the utmost importance, especially in regional and rural Victoria. We need far greater support than that currently provided so that everyone can receive the health service they so desperately need.

Mebin BabyBOARD MEMBER
Mebin Baby commenced on the Northern District Community Health Board in March 2024. Mebin is deeply committed to building inclusive communities, equal access to services and brings a lifelong commitment to working with remote and vulnerable communities. Mebin has a long career in the health sector with a number of key leadership roles in regional public hospitals overseeing community care services.

Dianne BowlesBOARD MEMBER
Di Bowles joined the NDCH board in 2024 and has over 15 years’ experience on a variety of Boards and is a member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Agribusiness and a Diploma of Agriculture. Mental health and wellbeing are areas Di is very interested in as well as advocating for the same access and rights for rural and regional areas.
Di and her husband Gary own a dairy farm in Mead, near Cohuna, where they milk 270 cows. |
