Northern District Community Health is seeking applications from suitably experienced Community Care Administration, Customer Engagement and Client Support Roles to support clients to allow them to stay active and independent and living at home as long as possible.
NDCH is a not-for-profit, multidisciplinary organisation, delivering community health services and primary care through our medical clinic.
NDCH has strong links into small rural communities developed over 30 years of service.
These roles are full-time, part-time and casual and will be offered in the Swan Hill and surrounding areas and will be working directly with clients and in support of the team providing direct client care.
