- Assessment of current drug use, effective support and client goals.
- Home based withdrawal including connection to GP support and pharmacotherapy.
- Referral to a residential withdrawal unit or residential rehabilitation service.
- Referral of families to local Family Drug Help support.
- Referral to other support services like housing, financial counselling and mental health.
