Community Health Nurse &Medical Clinic Practice Nurse - RN

Part Time Position - 0.6EFT

Northern District Community Health (NDCH) is looking to employ an experienced Registered Nurse to work in both the Community Health Service in Quambatook and Pyramid Hill and our Medical Clinic in Kerang for three days per week (0.6EFT). This role would suit an experienced Nurse who is looking for a new challenge in a supportive healthcare team. This area of nursing is expanding and evolving as the focus for healthcare is becoming more community based interspersed with health professional support.

The successful applicant will work within the broader NDCH multi-disciplinary team that includes other Nurses, Community Support, Allied Health Professionals, Medical Clinic staff and Health Promotion​.

​NDCH is an integrated Community Health Service and Medical Clinic that delivers services into Gannawarra, Buloke and Loddon Shires. NDCH prides itself on being an inclusive and safe place for both clients and employees, with a strong and defined workplace culture that supports team members. 

A drivers licence is essential.
