About This Role
To lead and facilitate the NDCH’s continuous quality improvement and compliance systems (including the NDCH Quality Governance Framework), working with all levels of the organisation to support quality and clinical governance.
About You
- You will have a nationally recognised training in clinical or quality governance.
- You will be experienced and have demonstrated skills in quality and clinical governance, continuous quality improvement, risk management, auditing processes, self-assessment and accreditation against health and community services for both Victorian and Commonwealth service guidelines and standards.
- Experienced and skilled in policy review and development.
- A commitment to fostering a work environment where positivity and engagement thrive.
- Current working with children, police check & NDIS screening check.
